The team at Inspect It were fantastic when I was buying my first property. They carried out a thorough inspection of the property and the building inspector explained all of the issues with the property in simple terms so that I could fully understand them and was totally informed.

I was then provided with the formal report via email within an hour of the inspection which included an estimated breakdown of costs to fix each problem. This allowed me to make a final decision on whether to proceed to purchase.

I would highly recommend Inspect It and will definitely give them a call when I'm purchasing my next property!
