Q. Why is it important to get an inspection report done on my home?
The main purpose of any report conducted is to give you an experts view and option of the condition of the property and identify any significant problems that maybe discovered.
Q. What is a Completion Inspection Report?
A. This type of inspection and report is ideal for the new home purchaser. The inspection identifies poor workmanlike practices, substandard installations and casts a detailed eye over all accessible areas of the building.
Q. I just want a building inspection done for my home before I put it up for sale, do you conduct inspections for home owners or vendors?
A. Certainly, even if you are not selling your home, but would like to know any current defects or need a report to check repairs completed on your house by another tradesman, we are the ones to contact.

Q. There are some things I don't understand in my report, who can go over these concerns with me?
A. You can send us an email with your queries about the report, we have qualified building and pest inspectors that can answer your questions in regards to the reports or specific questions. If the question relates to the property that was inspected it is best to speak to the inspector of the property, the inspectors name and number can be found on the report.
